What are you working on?
„I just finished a new flower motif. This time it became a realistic representation. It will continue in this direction now.”
How do you get inspired?
„It's easy to see that I love flowers. Especially poppies. I could paint them endlessly. On the way home I always pass a small flower shop. Then every time I feel the need to take the brush in my hand and start painting again. But since I became the mother of a little daughter last year, I don't have much time for art right now. But when I'm sitting on a new motif again, I'm even more intensively occupied with it.”

„A floral motif, of course: 'Declaration of love in the field of poppies'. Harrison Zhuang made the poppies much lighter and airier than I do. Do you think he has the same weakness for flowers as I do?”
