What are you working on right now?
„I have to take a break from artistic work in the near future because I will be travelling a lot. But after that, I'll undoubtedly have collected so many ideas that I'll be bubbling over with ideas. I bring my camera and sketchbook with me on every trip to capture good motifs and possibly use them later as templates. ”
If you weren't an artist, what would you have become?
„Lawyer, like my father. I've always loved what he does, but that's mostly due to the fact that you always travel a lot in this profession. But I can do that too. In any case, he keeps the option open for me to join the firm if things don't go so well with art. But at the moment it doesn't look like that.”
Which KunstLoft painting is your favorite?
„My picture 'Beyond the Brooklyn Bridge' is my favourite. Especially because it always reminds me of the trip to New York where the concept for this picture was created. It was a wild and exciting time.”
