Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
