The painting 'Impression, Sunrise' by the artist Claude Monet gave Impressionism its name. Because of this he is one of the founding fathers of this art movement. His paintings continue to fascinate today with their natural motifs, which capture the magic of a single moment. Whether an idyllic park or a play of light and shadow, Monet depicts every detail on the canvas perfectly.
