Delivery within Great Britain and the EU is free of charge for order values of 40 £ and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.

I love to create a big whole out of many small details.
In the life of Alex Zeng, born in Shanghai, it took many small steps until he finally embarked on the career of an artist. His fate was sealed when, after some mistakes and setbacks, he finally began to study at the Chinese Academy of Arts in Hangzhou. With much patience and a great love of detail, he sketches out the motifs for his vintage collages, selects paper cuttings from books and magazines and arranges them. From animals to architecture to portraits of celebrities, everything can be found among his works. In his acrylic glass paintings and framed photographs, on the other hand, he concentrates on impressive depictions of animals and nature. However, he always remains true to his style - all his motifs are characterized by particular intensity.
