Delivery within Great Britain and the EU is free of charge for order values of 40 £ and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.

Artistic work with textiles requires not only craftsmanship, but also dedication and attention to detail. To be able to combine all this in her unique creations, the artist Rachna Sharma has specialized in carpets and home accessories and made her hobby her profession. Born and raised in India, she incorporates the colourful impressions of the megacity Meerut City into her works and creates extraordinary textiles that reflect Rachna's creativity in their diversity.
