Unpacking & setting up
This wooden bench made by hand in Upper Bavaria is sent in safe packaging and ready-built. Simply unpack the furniture put together for you and you can position it where you like straightaway. Fitted felt pads are already fixed to the legs.

Wood meets steel of the highest quality: the materials of the coffe table are durable and are defined by their high quality. A laquer of wood oil protects the wooden surface and creates a fine appearance. The seal on the underside of the surface confirms the authenticity of the handmade work of art.

Delivery within Great Britain and the EU is free of charge for order values of 40 £ and upwards, and will be handled by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent, depending on the size of your artwork.
If you place an order between Monday and Friday before 12pm, your goods will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise the following business day. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will usually be shipped the following business day. Orders made with advance payment will be shipped once payment has occured. If you pre-order sold out artwork, we will ship it as soon as it is back in KunstLoft.
You have the option of cancelling your order and returnig it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (100 days from delivery). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). We will then send you a free return slip by e-mail.
We usually refund your purchase amount 7 business days after your return has arrived. For this we use the same payment method you initially used.
Please note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the return & cancellation policy.
